Refer & Earn – Terms & Conditions

The scheme is open to existing users of the SVC SocietyPRO application.

Referrals must be made only through the referral feature available in the application.

Referrals made directly over phone calls, by visiting branches, or through any other channel will not be considered. .

A referrer will receive a ₹1,500 Amazon voucher for each successful referral.

A referral is considered successful only when the referred society completes the onboarding process on SVC SocietyPRO.

Amazon vouchers will be issued within 30 days of successful onboarding and payment confirmation.

Vouchers will be sent to the email ID or phone number registered with the referrer’s application account.

Multiple individuals cannot claim referral rewards for the same society. Only the first valid referrer recorded by the Company will be eligible.

The referrer must not be an office bearer or authorized decision-maker of the referred society.

Company employees, partners, or associated vendors are not eligible to participate.

This offer is solely organized and managed by Convivial Software Pvt. Ltd.

SVC Bank has no role, liability, or responsibility in this scheme. All queries or disputes related to the scheme should be directed only to Convivial Software Pvt. Ltd.

Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the scheme (including fake or duplicate referrals) will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of benefits.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw or recover rewards in case of fraudulent activity.

The scheme is valid until further notice. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the scheme at any time without prior notice.

Rewards under this scheme are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Convivial Software Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
